Fully Automatic Grinding Machine

Equipped with a fully automatic electronic control system with a 7-inch touchscreen. It can grind all core specimens from 38 mm to 100 mm and process 3 pieces of 100x200 mm and 2 pieces of 150x300 mm at the same time. It features a pneumatic specimen locking system. An external water tank with automatic recirculating spray system provides dust protection. Recipes can be prepared according to specimen properties. Grinding steps are adjustable between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm. It offers multilingual support. The number of ground specimens and grinding amount can be stored in the device memory. The life of the diamond grinding blade can be monitored electronically. It can grind 3 specimens of 100x200 mm and 2 specimens of 150x300 mm in 62 seconds. An optional specimen surface planeness control device can be connected for measurement with 0.01 degree precision. Remote diagnostics and data monitoring are available through the built-in Ethernet port. It operates on 220 VAC, 50-60 Hz.
